Boardman Township, OH 8/11/15 – Youngstown is the focal point for additive manufacturing. So Congressman Bill Johnson took a tour of a 3-D facility on Tuesday.
Triptech Plastics has a manufacturing operation in Boardman. The company is involved with energy exploration as well as additive manufacturing. They provide custom parts, including filament spools and resins, for both professional and consumer markets.
Johnson got a firsthand look at some of the new technology the company is launching.
